Jeanette Sealy, LMT, C-IAYT

Described as “a natural healer with an intuitive practice”, I have spent years discovering how to heal the schisms between the mind, body, and spirit and am on a lifelong journey to discover this art.

My philosophy begins with the belief that the body and breath are intimately connected with the mind, and that the ancient science of yoga enhances well-being on every level.

I’ve had the privilege of assisting thousands to enhance their quality of life through a person-centered approach that addresses their unique physical, psycho-emotional and spiritual needs.

I offer a synergistic blend of ancient and modern modalities including Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Thai Massage, Acupoint Therapy, Anatomy, Neuroscience, Physiology, and Biomechanics with a strong focus on healthy aging, injury, illness, and trauma recovery.

I support women, healers, leaders, and families on their journey to health and harmony. I offer retreats, workshops, mentorship, virtual courses, couples, and individual sessions.

My journey to healing began as a result of complex childhood trauma. One of the gifts of this experience is a drive for meaning and a deep and boundless compassion. It was an initiation into another world. A world of transformation, truth, and self-realization.  I began studying philosophy, psychology, yoga, Buddhist traditions…

I was longing to understand the meaning of life. The reason for suffering.

I entered the Air Force, traveled the world, spent almost two decades working in Long Term Care, and had the privilege of sitting at the feet of my elders. I studied, trained, and devoted my time to mothering my children and caring for others.

Eventually, I burnt out. Fast forward 10 years and I found myself sleeping 19-hour days and barely being able to care for myself, never-mind my children. I became so ill from an autoimmune flare-up that I was forced to listen to the signals my body had been sending me. I quit my job, dove more deeply into practice than I ever had before, and devoted myself to healing.

Yoga became my refuge, and Ayurveda my way back to health.

Swamini Shraddhananda Saraswati

is the founder and primary spiritual teacher of Kula Kamala Foundation, a 501c3 public charity. SwaminiJi began offering ministry within her community nearly twenty years ago. Her path was activated and empowered by her growing understanding of the universal teachings Advaita Vedanta and Tantra, her practice of Yoga and her own path of healing.

The basis of her practice was and is to explore faith and what it means to be human, to be spiritual, to suffer, and to heal. Through education and experience, SwaminiJi integrates the methods she has studied into a very unique offering of service and learning, which intends to reduce suffering, reduce harm, empower potential, and celebrate unity.

With thousands of hours of advanced study in Spirituality, Yoga, Yoga Psychology, Positive Psychology, and Vedic Counseling, SwaminiJi has been honored to serve a diverse array of individuals and communities. These include, but are not limited to typical students of all ages, mental health staff and their clients, at-risk youth and their families, individuals with special needs, patients in and out of hospitals, and hospital staff.

An educator, a leader, and a spiritual figure, Swamini Shraddhananda Saraswati Ji has provided spiritual programming at five colleges in New Jersey, both as Continuing Education course work and as credit based courses. She has also offered numerous conferences and workshops. In 2015, she had the opportunity to present her work titled "Empowering the World from Within" at the Monmouth University Global Understanding Conference: Practicing Non-Violence in a Violent World. SwaminiJi has brought mindfulness based spirituality to medical, social work, Yoga, mindfulness, and therapy conferences. She says “Doing what I can to nurture the spiritual and religious life of those I serve is my inspiration and my dedication. Supporting people from all walks of life in their search for spiritual clarity, health and wellness, in their life and in their relationships, is my calling.”

In her experience, SwaminiJi has found that collaborating with leaders and practitioners of diverse traditions empowers diverse communities to co-exist more peacefully and thrive more effectively. She says “We have so much more to offer each other than fear, violence and separation. When we see each other through the lens of compassion and unity, we empower greater more inclusive solutions to every day stressors and to the larger problems that are so very present in our world and society."

Having worked spiritually alongside students, children, adults, doctors, professors, teachers, administrators, case workers, and the military, she has a plethora of knowledge, experience and insight. Her ministry work began nearly 2 decades ago. Her experience and knowledge as a teacher, guide and advisor are grounded in over three decades of education, application, experience, and research. She holds five academic degrees and several certificates in the holistic field. Personally and professionally, she abides in principals and guidelines that begin with non-harming, empathy and compassionate discipline and that culminate in health, wellness, happiness, and spiritual connection.

SwaminiJi enjoys self expression, creativity and being in nature. An artist in several mediums, she writes daily and has recently self published her third book of spiritual poetry and reflection titled 30 Days. Swamini Shraddhananda Saraswati took her Sannyasi vows on the banks of the Holy Mother Ganges River on November 5, 2019. The rites where administered by her Beloved Guru, Swami AdhyatmanandaJi.

Meg Czaszynski PT, DPT

Meg received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiological Science from the University of Maryland in 2005 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University (formerly UMDNJ) in 2008, graduating with an award for excellence in research.

Though Meg has always had a passion for working with the pediatric population, she began her career as an outpatient physical therapist working with teens and adults with a wide array of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. This clinical background provided her with a keen understanding of the human body and orthopedic injuries.  She has used this valuable knowledge base as a foundation throughout her career.  After 2 years, Meg chose to pursue her love of pediatrics in a position with Children’s Specialized Hospital.  For the balance of her 15+ year career, Meg’s devotion to  pediatrics has focused on treating infants/ toddlers and children in both outpatient and educational settings.  She has an extensive knowledge base from treating children with Torticollis, Plagiocephaly, developmental delays, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord injury, Sensory Processing Disorders, coordination and balance disorders and orthopedic injuries (and prevention!).

Through each of her experiences, Meg has learned from the children and clinicians around her, helping to make her a very diverse and well-rounded therapist. She utilizes both clinical expertise and continuing education course work in therapeutic handling techniques, functional electrical stimulation, orthopedics and sensory integration to provide patients with comprehensive care to help them reach their goals.  Meg focuses on improving strength, alignment and function in conjunction to utilizing a variety of manual therapy techniques.  Some of the manual therapy disciplines she utilizes during include: Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (with an emphasis on holistically releasing oral fascial ties (The Gillespie Approach)), Cranial Sacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Total Motion Release (Levels 1 and 2).  Meg believes that the healing process is very specific to the individual and therapy should be fun, empowering and healing.  Her positive attitude, creativity, purposeful use of play and innate desire to help babies and children to learn, grow and thrive make her an exceptional physical therapist.

When she is not with her patients, Meg enjoys spending time with her daughters, husband and dog.  She is a dedicated Yogi (and certified pediatric yoga instructor for children ages 2-7), beachcomber and a food lover.  She enjoys paddle boarding, riding her bike and traveling.  She believes every day is a beach day (no matter the weather) and loves to watch the sunrise, as it reaffirms her belief that each day is a new day filled with exciting opportunities to help children of all ages learn, grow, play, become stronger and achieve their goals.
