Heal from the inside out.
A gentle, evidence-based listening protocol that re-calibrates your nervous system and supports inner safety, calm, and presence.
Â
What Is the Safe & Sound Protocol?
SSP (Safe & Sound Protocol) is a therapeutic auditory program that uses specially filtered music to support the autonomic nervous system. It’s designed to gently engage your vagus nerve, helping your system feel more regulated, resilient, and calm.
This is not background music — it’s a listening therapy backed by neuroscience and trauma-informed practice.
Â
Who Is This For?
You might benefit from SSP if you experience:
• Chronic overwhelm, anxiety, or hypervigilance
• Difficulty feeling safe in your body or surroundings
• Exhaustion, adrenal fatigue, burnout
• Trouble with focus or social engagement
• A desire to deepen your healing beyond talk therapy

When Gentle Is Exactly Enough
I've sat with a lot of people in pain. Veterans carrying things they can't speak of. Mothers whose bodies never got the memo that the danger had passed. Practitioners who have held everyone else's healing for so long they forgot what their own felt like.
What I've learned after more than two decades in this work is that sometimes the most powerful thing isn't the biggest intervention. Sometimes it's the quietest one.
That's what drew me to the Safe and Sound Protocol. The soothing vibration of sound - carefully filtered, gently delivered - meeting your nervous system exactly where it is and whispering you're safe now.
I've watched people soften in ways talk therapy alone couldn't reach. I've seen the exhale that happens when a body finally believes it's okay to let go.
If you've tried other things and still feel like something's stuck this might be the missing piece. Please reach out with any questions.Â
Love,
Jeanette
